  • 8 oz jumbo pasta shells about 20 shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1.5 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  • Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  • Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and place in the baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
