  • 4 oz Green chilies canned and diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin ground
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the half-and-half.
  • Slowly add the cubed white American cheese, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.
  • Stir in the diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Notes
