Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
