Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup malted milk powder
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract pure
  • 0.5 cup toffee bits crushed
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, whole milk, malted milk powder, and sugar. Stir constantly until the mixture is heated through and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In the last few minutes of churning, add the crushed toffee bits.
  • Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a variant, try adding chocolate chips or substituting almond extract for vanilla.
