This delectable ice cream combines the rich, toasty flavors of malted milk with crunchy toffee bits, creating a perfect canvas for a sweet and creamy dessert.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, whole milk, malted milk powder, and sugar. Stir constantly until the mixture is heated through and the sugar has dissolved.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Once cooled, pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In the last few minutes of churning, add the crushed toffee bits.
