Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
Stir in shredded cabbage, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until cabbage is tender.
Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
