Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
Combine flour, and all the herbs and spices in a large bowl.
Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until very well coated.
Let the chicken sit for 20 minutes.
Fry chicken in hot oil in batches. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the breading is golden brown.
Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
