Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet skin-side up.
