  • 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and lime juice to make the marinade.
  • Add the chicken wings to the marinade, toss well to coat, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the marinated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 13 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  • Remove wings from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
