  • 1 cup marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 4 submarine rolls lightly toasted

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, and egg until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add cooked meatballs to the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Place meatballs on submarine rolls and spoon sauce over the top.
