Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange the sliced potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
