Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is soft.
Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and place them in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the tops with shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
Notes
