  • 1 lb sliced turkey breast cooked and thinly sliced
  • 8 slices white bread toasted
  • 1 cup Mornay sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 8 strips crispy bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter for greasing
  • 2 tsp paprika

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a greased baking dish, place the toasted bread slices.
  • Layer turkey slices on top of each piece of toast.
  • Pour the Mornay sauce generously over the turkey.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each sandwich.
  • Place bacon strips on top and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted.

Notes
