  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls each can should be about 12 oz
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for the glaze
  • 2 tablespoons milk add more for desired consistency

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four pieces.
  • Place the cut cinnamon roll pieces into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the melted butter over the cinnamon rolls evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  • While the casserole is baking, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze.
  • Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling with the glaze.

Notes

You can add chopped nuts or dried fruits as a topping for extra flavor and texture.
