Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with 1/2 cup of green chile sauce.
Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, roll it up, and place in a baking dish seam side down.
Pour the remaining green chile sauce over the tortillas and top with cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
Serve hot with a side of sour cream and guacamole for extra flavor.
