Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Once boiling, add the marshmallows and reduce the heat to low. Stir continuously until the marshmallows melt completely.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the marshmallow caramel mixture over the popcorn and gently fold to coat evenly.
