  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows

Preparation Steps

  • Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Once boiling, add the marshmallows and reduce the heat to low. Stir continuously until the marshmallows melt completely.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
