Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower, keeping the head intact.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, oregano, and paprika.

Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and brush it with the olive oil mixture evenly.

Cover with aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
Drizzle the roasted cauliflower with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
