  • In four serving glasses, start by adding 0.5 cup of Greek yogurt as the first layer.
  • Add a layer of mixed fresh berries, approximately 0.25 cup per glass.
  • Sprinkle about 0.2 cup of granola over the berries.
  • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with berries on top.
  • Drizzle honey on top if desired and serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

This parfait can be customized by using your favorite nuts or seeds for added crunch or substituting honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
