Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until combined.

Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.

0.25 teaspoon salt
Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.

Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
