  • 1.5 cups brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup pistachios chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until combined.

  • Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.

  • Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.

  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Store blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
