  • 4 wrap Whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Shredded carrot
  • 1 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup Sliced cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Avocado dressing See preparation steps
  • 0.25 cup Crumbled feta cheese Optional

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Lay each whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread a generous 1/4 cup of avocado dressing evenly over each wrap.
  • Add shredded carrot, baby spinach leaves, and sliced cucumber evenly on top of the dressing.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables if using.
  • Roll up each wrap tightly and slice in half before serving.

Notes

Wraps are best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to one day wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
