Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
Fold chopped Snickers bars into the cheesecake batter.
Pour batter over the crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use full-fat cream cheese and chill overnight before serving.
