Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Place the seared chicken into the slow cooker.
Add minced garlic and pour chicken broth over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
