  • 1 cup oats old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
  • Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  • Spread the raspberries over the oat mixture.
  • Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

These bars can be served warm or cold, and pair well with whipped cream.
