  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips optional

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and dark chocolate chips.
  • In a small saucepan, warm the peanut butter and honey over low heat until smooth and combined.
  • Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into a lined 9x9 inch baking pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
