Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker on sauté mode and brown chicken thighs on both sides for 3 minutes each.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Remove chicken and serve hot, seasoned with black pepper to taste.
