Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in the pressure cooker on sauté mode and brown chicken thighs on both sides for 3 minutes each.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  • Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Remove chicken and serve hot, seasoned with black pepper to taste.
