Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs.
In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the Parmesan breadcrumb mix.
Place coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
While baking, prepare the garlic dip by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Serve the chicken tenders hot with the garlic dip on the side.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the tenders for the last 2 minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven.
