  • 1 tsp arrowroot powder mixed with 1 tbsp water for thickening
  • 2 cup broccoli florets steamed

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce mixture over the chicken and simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
