  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups sour cream

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, 0.25 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
  • Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until center is set but still slightly jiggly. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra special touch, garnish with chopped hazelnuts or a drizzle of melted chocolate before serving.
