Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 0.25 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream until smooth.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until center is set but still slightly jiggly. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Remove the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.
Notes
For an extra special touch, garnish with chopped hazelnuts or a drizzle of melted chocolate before serving.
