In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1.5 cups of peanut butter until well blended.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and 0.25 cup peanut butter. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer in the pan.
