  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat Ninja Foodi on bake/roast setting at 350°F.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Slowly add chicken broth and milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and frozen vegetables; season with salt and pepper.
  • Line Ninja Foodi pot with one pie crust, pour filling inside, then cover with second crust. Seal edges and cut slits for steam.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispier crust, brush the top with an egg wash before baking.
