  • Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.
  • Brush the steaks with olive oil on both sides.
  • Season the steaks generously with kosher salt, Montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
