Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, about 7 minutes.
Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water to the beef. Stir and simmer for 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Fill each mini taco shell with the seasoned beef, then top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped onions.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapenos or fresh cilantro as garnish.
