Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for coating wings
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  • Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • While the wings are cooking, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  • When the wings are done, toss them in the maple mustard sauce until coated evenly.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your sweet and tangy air fryer wings.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for 2 minutes after tossing in the sauce. Serve with celery sticks and ranch if desired.
