  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken thighs skin-side down.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes until skin is crispy and golden, then flip and cook another 10-13 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or serve with lemon wedges.
