Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the chicken thighs skin-side down.
Cook for 10-12 minutes until skin is crispy and golden, then flip and cook another 10-13 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove chicken from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or serve with lemon wedges.
