Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, pulse flour, sugar, and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolk and pulse until dough forms. Press dough into tart pan and chill for 10 minutes.
Bake crust for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and cool.
Whisk eggs, sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and heavy cream in a bowl until smooth.
Pour filling into cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes or until filling is set.
Let tarts cool completely, then top with sliced kiwi before serving.
Notes
Store tarts in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days for best freshness.
