Preparation Steps

  • Cut chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip chicken pieces first into the egg, then coat evenly with the almond flour mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry chicken nuggets for about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
