  • 0.5 cup almond flour blanched
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken tender in the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the almond flour mixture.
  • Lightly spray or brush the tenders with olive oil to help them crisp up.
  • Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
