Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and butter until crumbly. Press into pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  • Whisk together sugar, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour mixture over crust.
  • Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until set. Let cool before slicing.
