  • 2.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup raw almonds, chopped
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped almonds, ground cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely. Mix in fresh strawberries and blueberries.
  • Serve granola berry mixture with plain Greek yogurt on the side or mixed in as desired.

Notes

Store leftover granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Perfect for a quick nutritious snack or breakfast!
