Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped almonds, ground cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and let cool completely. Mix in fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Serve granola berry mixture with plain Greek yogurt on the side or mixed in as desired.
Notes
Store leftover granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. Perfect for a quick nutritious snack or breakfast!
