Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack.
In a large bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to form the dry rub.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss with olive oil.

Notes
