Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack.
  • In a large bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to form the dry rub.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss with olive oil.
