Preparation Steps
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place into a heatproof bowl.
Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.
Pour hot cream over chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Stir in sugar and vanilla extract until completely incorporated.
Pour chocolate mixture into serving glasses and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
Before serving, top with mixed fresh berries to garnish.
