  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup crumb topping store-bought or homemade

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, cream together the butter and half of the sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the milk.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture until just blended.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
