Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mix together zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool before slicing and serving.

For a richer taste, consider adding chocolate chips to the batter!
