Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix together zucchini, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a richer taste, consider adding chocolate chips to the batter!
