  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove patties from skillet and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
