Instructions
Preparation Steps
Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
Pour the chicken broth over all the ingredients. Season with salt and black pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred the chicken with two forks inside the crockpot before serving. Mix well and serve hot.
