  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a large bowl, toss wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, combine hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Remove wings from oven and toss immediately in the sauce mixture to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.

Notes

For an extra crispy wing, broil wings for 2-3 minutes after baking. Adjust sauce heat to taste.
