Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, toss wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
Remove wings from oven and toss immediately in the sauce mixture to coat evenly.
Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
For an extra crispy wing, broil wings for 2-3 minutes after baking. Adjust sauce heat to taste.
