Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each into four squares.

Spoon cream cheese mixture onto the center of each square and top with mixed berries.
