  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
