  • 3.5 cups stuffing mix seasoned
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, diced celery, diced onion, dried sage, dried thyme, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Pour half the chicken broth into the crockpot over the chicken.
  • Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
  • Pour the remaining chicken broth over the stuffing.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and stuffing is tender.
  • Fluff the stuffing gently before serving and enjoy.
