Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and browned.
Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds until pliable.
Assemble each wrap by placing shredded lettuce, cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
Drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, then roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half for serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or swap ranch with a spicy chipotle sauce. Great served with a side salad.
