  • 4 piece flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce fresh and crisp
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing optional for serving
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add diced chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and browned.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds until pliable.
  • Assemble each wrap by placing shredded lettuce, cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, then roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half for serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced avocado or swap ranch with a spicy chipotle sauce. Great served with a side salad.
