Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the minced garlic, butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Remove chicken breasts and shred them using two forks.
Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir in the grated parmesan cheese.
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker and mix well to coat pasta with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated parmesan cheese and full-fat heavy cream. You can add steamed broccoli for a veggie boost.
