  • 1 cup chopped kale washed and stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add chopped carrots and celery to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour in vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in chopped kale, sea salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until kale is wilted.
